​SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All international shipments originate directly from our primary corporate logistics hub in Hong Kong. Please note that all international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. VPower Global does not calculate, collect, or bear any localized import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), customs duties, or border clearance fees.

Because import laws, tax brackets, and customs restrictions vary significantly by jurisdiction, all incoming levies are the sole legal and financial responsibility of the consumer (the importer of record). If a shipment is flagged or held by your regional border authority, you must resolve any outstanding fees or compliance inspections directly with the courier or local customs office to secure your package delivery.

• United States Destinations:
  Due to ongoing postal services suspensions resulting from tariff policies, all shipments destined for the USA are routed exclusively via DHL Express. Delivery requires 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. Under current import regulations, DHL or other commercial couriers may collect mandatory customs duties or administrative processing fees directly from the recipient prior to physical home delivery.
   

• European Union (EU) Destinations:
  Due to standardized EU customs regulations, all incoming commercial goods entering the EU from non-EU origins are subject to mandatory Import VAT and localized customs clearance procedures. Furthermore, EU border authorities enforce strict compliance checks on traditional botanical products. European recipients are solely responsible for paying any assessed VAT, customs duties, and courier handling fees to clear their shipment.
   

• Australia and Canada Destinations:
  Border authorities in Canada and Australia maintain exceptionally strict biosecurity, agricultural, and import tax compliance screening for traditional herbal imports. Recipients in these countries are fully responsible for navigating local restrictions and settling any import taxes or inspection levies charged upon arrival.
   

• All Other International Destinations:
  Shipments to all other global regions are dispatched via Hongkong Post Express Air Mail. Standard international transit requires approximately 7 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local regional customs clearance channels.

VPowerherbal ships to global destinations, but we may exclude transit to active conflict zones, regions under military occupation, or areas experiencing severe civil unrest. Due to the total suspension of global commercial courier channels and international airmail networks in these territories, we cannot process or guarantee delivery to these high-risk zones. Any order placed with a destination address inside an active conflict territory may be cancelled and fully refunded to protect inventory security.
