We back our traditional herbal tea mix with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, consumers must submit a claim within 30 days of delivery and physically return all unused sachets in their original packaging to our logistics hub. The cost of return shipping and international tracking is the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Verification and Final Determination

To initiate a claim, contact our support team at info@vpowerherbal.com  with your official order number for verification. Upon receiving your returned package, our logistics team will inspect the remaining inventory to verify the authenticity and condition of the returned sachets. VPowerherbal reserves the absolute right to evaluate each return independently and make the final, binding determination on the approval or denial of the transaction refund. Authorized refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
